Building and Construction Department promotes subsidy measures

In response to an aging society, new buildings have been built since 1021, it has been fully barrier-free. Except for buildings under certain circumstances, it is mandatory to install elevators. In order to help the public improve barrier-free facilities and create a friendly living environment, the Building and Construction Department provides subsidies for adding lifting equipment to old apartments with elevators below 5 floors. Only if more than half of the people and the required parts agree, the total subsidy for each item is 45% and the maximum subsidy is 216 RMB 10,000; if a building is equipped with lifting equipment and the shared parts are barrier-free improvements, the total subsidy for each item is 45% and the maximum 36Ten thousand yuan.

There are conditions for installing an elevator in the apartment!

1.  The entrance and exit width on the first floor must be 75cm

2.  Buildings built on land must comply with the construction line


Note: Apartment residents who want to install an elevator can apply for boundary identification from local land offices to understand the building and construction The distance between lines can also be entrusted to an architect to assist in assessment.
