Only if more than half of the people and the required parts agree, the total subsidy for each item is 45% and the maximum subsidy is 216 RMB 10,000; if a building is equipped with lifting equipment and the shared parts are barrier-free improvements, the total subsidy for each item is 45% and the maximum 36Ten thousand yuan.
